University of Cincinnati CARE/Crawley Building

Novum's scope included curtain walls on the north and south sides, seven glass floor bridges and one interior point supported glass wall. For the glass bridges, Novum worked directly with the glass fabricator to design a glass with a square pattern with a traction control frit.
Wrigley: Global Innovation Center
Chicago, Illinois, USA
The William Wrigley Jr. Company established a new Innovation Center in Chicago. In the center of the building the client wanted a wintergarden with a large skylight. To maximize transparency, the architect wanted to eliminate all structural support except for the skylight mullions. Novum engineers utilized steel grid post tensioned with tension cables to achieve the impressively large span of 130 ft. for the grid shell structure.
Harris Technology Center
Palm Bay, Florida, USA
Novum engineered and built this beautiful and technical façade for the Harris Corporation New High Technology Center in Palm Bay, Florida. Using impact resistant glazing and stainless steel tension trusses with an added compression stem, Novum created a unique façade that was hurricane resistant and imposed minimal forces on the building structure.
