What is an AES System?
Comprised of high grade mild or stainless-steel profiles, AES/AESS has a clean technological design aesthetic. It provides nominal interruption of the glass surface for maximum transparency. We specialise in hollow sections (round, square, rectangular, and elliptical), but we also offer wide flanges, channels, T’s, angles, and plates.
Why Choose Architecturally Exposed Steel
AES/AESS can be used in a variety of applications including vertical, overhead, suspended, and sloped structural glazing. It is an excellent and safe solution for suspended overhead glass and works with monolithic, laminated, and insulated glazing panels of all thicknesses.
CUSTOM IN APPLICATION
We fabricate AES/AESS at our own ISO9001 certified manufacturing facilities in Menomonee Falls, WI, and can customise factory finishes to architectural design requirements.
FACTORY FINISHED
Finishes to meet environmental specifications include duplex (galvanised and painted), primed and painted, and powder coated.
ASSEMBLY
AES/AESS elements are designed to mechanically connect in the field, eliminating the need for secondary welding.
