This Work
Novum engineered, fabricated, and installed the glass and steel skylight for Kenyon College – Chalmers Library in Gambier, OH. The vaulted skylight measures 89’ by 66’ in size, with a radius of 50’. The steel support structure utilizes Novum’s Block Knoten, Disc Clamp, and Tension Cable Systems. The cladding of the skylight uses Novum’s Edge Clamed Glass to provide a highly transparent aesthetic, suitable for the studious environment of the library.
