About

This Work

The architect’s objective of this renovation was to create a visible avenue through the existing office tower lobby. Novum was contracted to design, furnish and install expansive facades on the north and south sides of the building and a skylight roof over the west garden. To increase the transparency of the facades, their weight is suspended via tension rods. The facades are designed to accommodate seismic activity through flexible joints and ductile material. The striking point supported glass walls create a nearly seamless transition into the office tower lobby.
