This Work
Renovations included the removal of a skywalk and stage area, the creation of an attractive glass façade on the south side of the bank building and the addition of glass canopies. One of the key challenges Novum faced was that the building was to remain open while construction occurred. To solve this, Novum took detailed photographs of the existing conditions, developed a comprehensive plan and then presented step-by-step renderings that demonstrated a realistic way to implement construction.
