About

This Work

A stunningly transparent façade at this event center was created using the Novum TC + CCG Systems. Stainless steel cables span vertically and are sufficiently prestressed to control deflections. The insulated glass panels have an unusually wide aspect ratio and are held only at their corners by the CCG-System which in turn clamps to the cable. The high forces from cable facades require integrated substructure engineering coordination which Novum achieved in the planning phase.
