This Work
The Hitachi Customer Experience Center in Hagerstown, Maryland, features a distinctive facade incorporating Novum’s Channel Supported Glass system and Architecturally Exposed Steel. Novum engineered, fabricated, and installed the complete glass and door portal steel solution.
Measuring approximately 290′-8″ x 13′-10″, the facade features a clean rectangular configuration with curved glass panes where necessary. The combination of expansive glazing and precisely detailed exposed steel creates a modern, open presence that complements the innovative environment of the Customer Experience Center. The transparent facade brings natural light and visual connection into the visitor experience, creating a bright, welcoming atmosphere from the moment guests arrive.
