This Work
Maggie’s Centre Oxford was opened in October 2014 and has been shortlisted for a Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) South Award. Novum was contracted for the façade glazing on the project. A ‘shuffle’ glazing system was used which utilizes large glass panel sizes and minimal structural elements. The “tree house style” is simple in appearance, but a technically advanced solution in which the glazing integrated with other trades including steel and timber internal fittings.
