About
This Work
Novum was contracted to furnish and install two structural glass vestibule walls and four structural glass walls and skylights for the new state-of-the-art science facility at Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee. At both the East and West lobby entrances, Novum’s scope includes a vertical glass wall with a horizontal skylight return at the top of the wall. The lobby wall and skylight glazing are supported by a glazing channel at the sides, and by point support fittings that attach to steel fin members at the center. The new facility houses six teaching labs, five research labs and three classrooms and provides maximum sunlight for its students and faculty.
