This Work

Novum engineered, fabricated, and installed two glass and steel lobby façade at VESPR in Oakland, CA. The glazing of the façades attaches to girts via Novum’s Point Supported Glass System. Structural support consists of Advanced Fabricated Steel behind each horizontal glass joint, which are suspended via Novum’s Tension Rod System. The façade located at 24th Street spans 52’ wide by 34’ tall, and the façade at 27th Street measures 48’ wide by 20’ tall. The two lobby facades cover approximately 2,800 sq ft in total.
