One Embarcadero Center

Novum provided schematic design, design development, and construction logistics as part of the Novum Designer Assist service before being selected to furnish and install glass and steel single source for the structurally glazed lobby walls. The glazing of the main lobby wall is supported by point supported glass as the Novum PSG-System, the south "sleeve" wall utilizes Novum's Glass Fin System (GG) and is supported off the fins by the Edge Clamped Glazing System. Finally, the North "sleeve" wall utilizes the ECG-System and its edge clamps are supported by a stainless steel suspended girt. By utilizing the Designer Assist process early in the conceptualization stage, Novum delivered the entire project single source from conception to final installation while adhering to a strict budget.
